  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Perfect Wrappers Inc. will email you a wrapper preview within 24 hours of receiving your order, at which time you can review your wrapper(s) and request any modifications – modification requests must be submitted to info@perfectwrappers.com within 24 hrs of receiving your wrapper preview, otherwise we will go ahead and process the order. If no modifications are requested, your order will be shipped. Shipping times will vary based on your shipping selection (e.g. regular, expedited, etc.). Shipping time estimates will be provided during the checkout process. In any case, it is highly recommended that you leave ample time to receive your package. You will receive a notice once the order has been shipped which will confirm the expected delivery date.
  2. What countries do you ship to?
    We ship to every country, however there are some restrictions. Perfect Wrappers Inc. currently does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  3. How much will shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are dependent on the destination as well as the shipping method selected (i.e. priority mail, regular mail, etc.). Please refer to our Shipping page for additional details or add products to cart and proceed with checkout process to receive a shipping quote (you will not have to finalize the order).
  4. Will I have to pay duties, taxes or brokerage fees on my purchase?
    All orders are shipped from our Canadian office. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable taxes (i.e. GST/HST). If your order is shipped to a US or International shipping address, you may be required to pay duties and taxes and/or brokerage fees when your package clears the border. These charges are not governed by Perfect Wrappers Inc. and are not included in your order total. Rather, the fees are brokered by Canada Post and will be due directly to Canada Post when you receive your package.
  5. Do I have to sign for my package (i.e. do I have to be home)?
    No, a signature is not required. However it is strongly recommended that someone is home to receive any packages containing chocolates or lip balm – especially during the warmer temperature! When you complete the checkout process, an estimated arrival date will be provided to help you better plan for the delivery date.
  6. Is my package insured?
    Insurance may be available, depending on your shipping method selected. Generally, all packages shipped via Priority Mail are insured. If this is an option that you would like for your order, please let us know (either through an email, or in the "Other Instructions" section of your online order form).
  7. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, echecks, Bank Transfers and PayPal balances
Personalization Top
  1. Can I personalize the wrappers? If so, how much does it cost?
    Here at Perfect Wrappers, we encourage you to personalize your wrappers! We know that these wrappers will be part of a special event, therefore we want to make the wrappers as perfect as possible. Personalization is easy and FREE! Once you have selected the wrapper that you would like to order, you will be redirected to a screen in which you will have the option of including your own special message. Depending on the wrapper that you select, you may be allowed 1 or more lines of your own special message.
  2. Can I add a photo to my wrappers? If so, how much does it cost?
    Yes, you can add your photo to any wrapper! If there is no photo placeholder in the wrapper sample but you would like to have a photo included, send us your photo and the design team at Perfect Wrappers Inc. will determine how to best incorporate it. Including your photo on a wrapper is easy and FREE! Once you have selected the wrapper that you would like to order, you will be redirected to a screen in which you will be able to upload your photo. Photos must be uploaded as .bmp or .jpeg formats and the file size must not exceed 2MB. Upon receiving your image, our creative team will enhance the photo as required (cropping, adjusting brightness, etc.). In all cases, a proof will be sent to you to ensure you approve of the final product (any additional changes you would like made to the design must be sent to us within 24 hrs of receiving the proof).
Privacy & Security Top
  1. Is my personal information secure when I pay online?
    Absolutely! All non-financial information (i.e. name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is stored in our company’s secure database and the information is accessible only by employees of Perfect Wrappers Inc. On the other hand, all financial information (i.e. credit card number, etc.) is handled directly by PayPal / 2Checkout (Perfect Wrappers will never have access to your financial information).   1. Will I see a sample of the wrapper before my order is printed/shipped?
    Of course! Once you have placed your order, we will design your wrapper and email you a proof within 24 hrs. At that time, you can review the proof and contact us at info@perfectwrappers.com to inform us of any additional changes - you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the proof.
  2. What type of materials do you use to produce your wrappers?
    Perfect Wrappers Inc. only uses premium paper, labels and printing to produce outstanding wrappers with vivid and crisp graphics. If you would like to see our high quality wrappers for yourself prior to placing an order, refer to the Request Sample page for details.
  3. Are the candies/chocolates removed from their original packaging and then wrapped in your wrappers?
    No. For hygienic purposes, all candies/chocolates remain in their original packaging . Our wrappers are placed overtop the original packaging.
  4. Can I purchase wrappers only?
    Yes. For a majority of our products, you have the option of ordering the wrappers only. Keep in mind that when ordering wrappers only, your shipping costs are greatly reduced!
  5. Are the wrappers easy to apply? What do I need to apply the wrappers myself?
    Yes, the wrappers are easy and fun to apply! You will receive easy to follow instructions on how to apply the wrappers to get professional looking results. Once you have placed your order, we will supply you with everything needed to apply the wrappers (e.g. instructions & glue stick)
  6. If my chocolates are being shipped in warmer weather, how can you guarantee that they will arrive without melting?
    All chocolates are shipped from our Canadian office, therefore due to Canadian weather conditions, shipments taking place between the months of May – October require insulated packaging, and as such, will automatically be added to your purchase. The ‘insulated packaging’ option is usually a small cost, however it is directionally proportional to the size of your order & type of products ordered (i.e. 100 regular size chocolate bars will require more insulation than 50 Hershey Kisses). If you are ordering chocolate products outside the months of May – October and you live in a warm climate location, please note that it is your responsibility to add insulated packaging to your order (the option will be available during the checkout process). Perfect Wrappers Inc. cannot possibly predict the temperature in every location that we ship to, therefore we leave this to the discretion of our clients and as such, we will not be held liable for any melted chocolate packages that do not include proper insulation outside the months of May - October.

    We offer a variety of products. Please refer to our Products page for a listing of our products.
  3. Where can I view your wrapper designs?
    We offer a variety of wrapper designs. From the Products page, select any product that you would like to find out more about. Click the desired product and you will be redirected to a Products Description page containing a ‘view designs’ link. Click the link to be presented with all designs for that product.
  4. What if I don’t find a design that I like?
    Although we are confident that you will find a design that you’ll love, we have an alternative solution just in case you don’t. Our design team will create a custom wrapper just for you! Simply send us an email at info@perfectwrappers.com and include as much information as possible about your desired design/wrapper. Details to include would be the following:
    • Type of wrapper (e.g. Chocolate Bar, Tic Tac, etc.)
    • Quantity of Wrappers & Chocolate and/or Wrappers only
    • Occasion (e.g. Birthday, Anniversary, etc.)
    • Message to appear on front and/or back of wrapper (e.g. Front - Happy Birthday Bob! Back - Love: Laura, Johnny & Sarah!)
    • Image(s) to appear on wrapper (e.g. Birthday Cake, Birthday Gift, etc.)
    • Photo to be included in wrapper (attach photo in email; .jpg or .bmp less than 2MB)
    • Any other information you feel would be helpful

  1. I am having trouble making a purchase. How can I ensure cookies are enabled?

    • Go to the "Tools" menu.
    • Select "Options".
    • Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
    • Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
    • Click "OK" to save changes.


  2. Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0
    • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
    • Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
    • Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
    • Select "Enable all cookies".
    • Click "OK".


    Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
    • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
    • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
    • Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
